One of the goals of the modern educational institutions is to enable the Thai society to become a life-long learning community. One way to acheive that goal is using the concept of knowledge management (KM) as a way to gather knowledge that is currently and usually dispersed among individuals and/or hidden in documents--usually not easily accessible--and to create a "storehouse" for knowledge. This is so that valuable knowledge can be shared, making stakeholders more knowledgeable as well as the institute more competitive in the larger educational community.
